Is it really fall already? The cooler weather sure says so! Steve and I are heading out camping this weekend, so I’m packing the hoodies! I’m not quite ready to say goodbye to summer, but I am excited for what’s ahead this month.

One of those things is a trip to Dallas in mid-September for the Make Wellness Retreat, where I’ll be attending a Denim and Diamonds event. 🌿 Wellness Update

I’m starting a new 5-Day Reset on Monday, and I’d love to have you join me! We've got a small group accountability chat started and I'd love to have you join us. On average, participants lose around 5 pounds in just one week. Lean and Hydrated are the two products that are the basis of this program.

For me, the reset looks a little different this round. One reason I’m “slowing down” on weight loss is because I’m already so close to the goal weight I’ve chased in every weight loss journey through the past couple decades, and never quite reached. It feels so good to finally have tools that not only help my body respond, but also help me feel great while doing it. Not deprived, just empowered. I know my body is shedding visceral fat while supporting lean muscle growth. And in the end, it’s not about the number on the scale, it's about how I feel in my clothes.
